Returns

Return of products and cancellation of services are handled by respective merchant. We enable Return and Refunds through our website and app.

For certain products/services like for newspaper and magazine subscriptions, returns are not allowed

Please contact the respective vendor/merchant for any exceptions. Each vendor contact number is provided on your website/app.

Refunds

Refunds

Refunds are provided directly by the merchant either directly or by giving credit. Refunds are not allowed for newspaper and magazine subscriptions, instead customer is given credit for the following month.

If online payment transactions hang due to network or other technical issues, we will retry them in the background and notify you of the status. You are advised to wait for 30 minutes and check the payment status before retrying the same transaction. In case of payment failure, money will be returned by the bank to you normally in 2-3 days.

In the rare case that you have been charged multiple times for the same transaction, please notify us and we will review and issue a refund. We will process approved refunds within 10 days.
